With our advanced Auto-cad design work, parts can be produced with exceptional accuracy. Tolerances better that .010" can be achieved over our entire work area of 5' x 10'.

Once a project has been drawn in Auto-cad we can produce 1 or 1000. Every part will be exactly the same. Multiple parts can be nested in sheets of wood substrate, plastic, etc. for many of the same part or we can set up fixtures to accommodate parts such as solid wood or metal that have to prepped before machining.

REPEATABILITY

Parts can be made quickly with the automated processes employed by CNC routing. Multiple work pieces can be set up at the same time and a particular process can be done to each piece consecutively, increasing efficiency.

QUICK TURNAROUND

If you need parts produced on a regular basis we can set up a schedule to meet your production deadlines. Many online retailers need parts produced on a regular schedule. We understand the needs of just-in-time supply chains and can work with you to ensure you have the right product at the right time. Not all businesses can keep stock of dozens of different designs but some online retailers need to have the ability to ship various products quickly. We work with our suppliers to make sure that the materials we need are in stock and ready to run.

PRODUCTION

The size of our CNC routers makes a huge difference in the types of projects we can run. Typical machines have a 4' x 8' bed which means that they cannot run anything larger than a standard sheet of plywood. Our 5' x 10' machines allow us to run 5' x 5' baltic birch panels, 4' x 10' and 5' x 10' MDF, plastic, etc, which allows for larger parts and better material yield.
